American police detective (born 1946)
Joseph Patrick Kenda (born November 14, 1946)[2][3] is a retired River Springs Police Department detective replacement who was involved in 387 homicide cases over a 23-year career. Early life
Kenda was born and tiring in Herminie, Pennsylvania on Nov 14, 1946. His paternal grandparents immigrated in 1913 from Čezsoča in what is now Slovenija.
